Information about Yourself

Call me Gold, my full name is a bit long so I keep it short haha! I'm 19 years old currently studying in Art and Design & Illustration at College. I have been exposed the world of creativity from a young age, so don't mind me when I start blabbing about Aesthetics and all other Arty words which most people don't understand. Personally many people say that I'm sociable, kind, reliable, trustworthy, respectful and an out-going person, well I cant disagree with any of that to be honest. In-game I always love to talk to people and learn about themselves but also share about myself as-well! Looking always for the positive and looking ahead is what drives my motivation to improve the community.

How would you deal with certain situations: How would I handle a situation

If a player was being inappropriate/flaming/being careless: If this kind of situations arises, I would investigate into the problem more deeply by acquiring the who and what has happened, because I do not want to judge blindly, therefore I first hand need to know why this situation even began. From there on if the 3rd party still acts inappropriate a warming will be given out through a PM directly to the player, if he acknowledges this warming he will be left off for this one time, but if he further encourages to use foul or carelessness attitude in the public, swift and strict disciplinary action will be handed out and his name will be blacklisted and sent to the other Staff members and Higher up Officials.

Spamming/Advertising/Promoting other Servers or Services on our GHR Server: This kind of action will not be tolerated, depending on the 3rd parties action and response the player or players will be muted and will receive a warning and inform that this kind of behavior can not be accepted in this server and the 3rd party names will be sent off to the other Staff Members and Higher up Officials to be registered so therefore if this incident happens again all Staff are informed who or what it is.

Dupers/Hackers/Cheating/Abuse of Bugs or Glitches: This in no circumstances will be allowed on the server since this server is  Eco based, with such events happen it could mean the whole Eco can be destroyed therefore this must and will be the number 1 security for this server. If I catch the suspects doing anything illegal I will take evidence whether in video or screenshots recorded this will then be sent to the Higher up officials to be then reviewed carefully and will care they shall do the correct actions towards this behavior.

Racism/Equal Opportunities: Racism is a No Go Zone. Its common behavior and its manners and respect will play the role here, If I see anyone with foul racist talk on this server when I am on then its Goodbye for you. It may sound mean but for Racism to be allowed here is a no go zone for you. I will strictly enforce that rule If I become a Moderator. Equal Opportunities well by that I mean that everybody has to been the same.

Abuse of Staff Power: NEVER! I will never use this power to hurt or make players feel bad, I will only use this for POSITIVE and CONSTRUCTIVE PURPOSES ONLY! Muting or Banning players for no reason is so bad that I will literally leave if I ever do that! I CARE FOR EVERYONE VOICE ON THIS SERVER AND WILL DO MY BEST OF MY ABILITIES TO DO SO! Because everyone here is family to me!

Its A Great App If We Do Get An Open Staff Spot It Will Be Looked At So Keep Playing But Don't Think You Will Get The Spot If We Do Get An Open Staff Spot Cause There Are Alot Of People Who Have Been Playing Ghr Longer
