Dungeoneering at (::dungeon)

Agility go (::home) and talk to Max.

Herblore go to lumbridge and find bob he's on the other side of the church.

Thieving at (::theive)

Crafting buy a chisel at the shopkeeper and some uncut stone's, Shopkeeper is near the grand exchange.

Woodcutting,Firemaking,Fletching buy a axe or a knive at the shopkeeper near the GE and buy a tinderbox at the GE then go to (::home) and talk to Max to go to woodcutting.

Slayer go (::home) and go to turael to ask for a slayer task, the working ones are Zombies,Chickens and Cows. Zombies give the most xp so i prever to go (::Multi) and kill the zombies if you got the task.

Hunter go (::home) and find the pirate buy a  bird snare then go to (::hunter) and setup the bird snare.

Mining at (::mine)

Smithing buy copper and tin in the GE, Then go to a furnace at (::home) or in falador. Smelt the ores to bronze when you reach level 40, then use gold to get you to level 99.

Fishing (::fishing) doesn't work for the early levels, so go to draynor to level up the first levels. Then go to (::fishing)

Cooking at (::skillz) bring raw fish with you!

Summoning buy pouches,spirit shards in GE then go (::home) find a white pillar and click one the first pouch, to see the requirements!.
